St. Paul writes in 1 Corinthians 12:4-7 “Now there are varieties of gifts, but the same Spirit; and there are varieties of services, but the same Lord; and there are varieties of activities, but it is the same God who activates all of them in everyone. To each is given the manifestation of the Spirit for the common good.”
At Lord of Grace we encourage everyone to explore what their gifts and talents are, and to find ways to use them for the good of the whole church, and the good of the larger community. When we are using our spiritual gifts we don’t get burned out and find great joy in our work.
Like every faith community, we rely on volunteer service for much of what we do. Most of those who serve are our members, but not exclusively. If you feel that God is calling you to a particular service and that you have gifts to offer in a particular area, please contact us.
