Who we are . . .
We are a community of young adults in our 20′s and early 30′s who gather weekly to share in fellowship and good drinks while sharing in conversation about matters of faith and life. Everyone is welcome, even if you’re not a member of Lord of Grace (or any church).
What we do . . .
Discuss, pray, learn, converse, hang out, go on irrelevant tangents and spiritual retreats
Where the name comes from . . .
We started out meeting in an apartment watching videos by Rob Bell’s NOOMA series, which we still do on occasion. Some of them have him starting at the camera in perfect symmetry, but a lot of the time his face is off to the edge, with the background blurry. While some liked the off-center camera shots, others weren’t so sure. Either way, we thought it fitting, as we’re not always a perfectly anything group, but a bunch of people who want to learn about God and hang out with each other. Sometimes reverrant, sometimes not. A little off|center.
